hello all
i stopped taking birth control two weeks ago and have felt a million times better since. it was making me act like a crazy person and i was on it for waayy too long (3 years).
anyway, for the past few days my nipples have been super super sensitive, and i've had a few cramps. we've been using condoms and the sponge so i'm pretty sure i'm not pregnant, (i really really really hope not).
has this happened to anyone else???? they don't hurt per se, but are way more sensitive to the touch than they used to be. my libido has come back full force and i thought maybe that was way. help!

I also stopped taking my BCP on Wednesday. It has only been about 5 days. But today I started my period again. I had my period the week before last. Then I started another pack of BC, but I only took it for 3 days. I guess it was just enough that my body thinks it's time to have another period. I don't have sensitive nipples though. Not yet anyway. But I was on Aviane. It might depend on what kind you're taking. I went off mine because I put so much weight on. I lost 2 pounds already and it has only been 5 days. And I have been on BC for about 3 years. Plus I heard you have a greater risk of developing breast cancer on BC. I found it so difficult to lose weight. I was always bloated. No matter what I did. I think it will take more time before I start to feel the effects of not taking it anymore. :-)
