Hi, Im 19 years old.. I had one of my testicles removed when I was 5 years old. Ive been with quite a few girls now and never had any problems with complaints or anything like that. I have never told anyone about it in my life, and my scar has never healed from the operation and if anyone asks about it, I just say I had some cancerous cells removed from my body. I must say my confidence is knocked a little by it though and do worry about it, when getting sexually active.
What I have noticed is that I am going though pubity slower than all of my friends. I am known as the one with the baby face and Im shorter than most of my friends. I also still have baby teeth.
What I want to kno is if having one testicle is causeing me to go slower though pubity? and does it cause me to be less "Manly" in my attiude towards things? (Because Im not really that manly, However i did grow up with my single mum)
Any help with this would be great.

Hi, I'm 24 and a one-baller too, since the very beginning actually. I'm not an expert, can't be much of a help, but as far as I know having one testicle doesn't have anything to do with how 'manly' we are or how fast our body develops. I figure your baby tooth and all that must have some other cause, but then again, I'm not an expert.
As for having one ball, I used to be worried about it and used to keep it to myself just like you, but nowadays I'm cool with it and just open about it. It might just be that one day you will laugh about the worries you are having about it today, at least that's how it went in my case.

Hey i lost my testicles due to mumps when i was 11. I was just as worried as you are of what girls would think but the girls either did not notice and the ones i dated long term did not care. Now 37 and married 12 yrs with two kids. As for your lack of manly appearance it is possible it is because of low testasto. I also have bold spots in my hair growth. Lol i mean my beard. I would say just as the other guy said it. Make it to your advantage that you are with one ball. Make fun of it and girls will accept it. I would say it actually made me a better person. Good lock
