i went to the hosplital with server pain in my left testicle and had them check my urine and they did a ultra sound of both of my testices and said the both are fine i still have the pain and its gotten even bigger and hurts standing or sitting its about the size of a large chicken egg and really painfull my right one doesn't bother me one bit! my ? is this if they say everything is fine then why is it so painfull and swollen and what should i do to elieaviate the problem? i dont think you need a machine or a degree to see that something is wrong but they say there's nothing wrong believe me there is so can anyone help me me and my testicles would really really appreciate it

My man, its more than likely NOT ball cancer. Though I did laugh that someone diagnosed that over a post. Anyhow you probably have an infection on your testicle. I was recently diagnosed with having an infection on my right testicle. My symptoms are just as you describe, pain in my testicle and it is swollen and pain in my abdomen. Doc gave me antibiotics to kill the infection and said pain should go away in 3-5 days. I would get a second opinion and ask for an ultrasound. Good luck bro.
