This morning I slipped on a thin layer of ice that covered a handicap access ramp. The ramp has no rail and I landed directly on the edge of the ramp running down the center of my back.
I then bounced to the concrete driveway about a foot down. I landed three to four inches above my tail bone, wich is where most of the discomfort is located.
I am able to walk and manuver @ about 75-80%, but I'm afraid that further excercise or movement might do more damage than suspected.
