Had very light spotting!?? Pregnant?

Hi there!

I was just looking my last period was 11/19. My periods ussually range about 30-33 days long. Anyhow I started spotting on 12/17-12/18 (which is a couple of days early for me) Today 12/19 nothing! My periods are always heavy for two days including lots of clots and such. This time it was like brown/red/rusty and very thin! I have had some mild cramping but I am unsure if it was gas! (I know I am very detailed) My breast started to get sore around the same time. I normally have breast tenderness before my period not during. Typically my nipples are light pink now they are bright pink and when I take my bra off they tingle really bad!! Since my normal period is not due for a few more days and I have no longer been spotting I am wandering if I should look for Aunt Flo to visit or not??

Any advice or similiar situation-I would love to hear. I am sexually active! I could be pregnant??
