I have a problem I noticed hard vein on my penis that can be felt just under the skin. It runs along the top of the shaft down to the base. I feel like vain is getting harder and bigger and this is scarring me. This is not painful, very uncomfortable to touch and also more noticeable when I have erection. I am 25 and not really sexually active, only masturbating.
I am naturally concerned about this problem. Any advice would be very much appreciated!

I think you have clot (thrombosis) in penile lymphatics (tissue vessels), which is most possible caused by sexual trauma; even a mild trauma can cause this. This generally clears itself after 1 or 2 weeks.
It this is taking place longer, I would suggest you go see a doctor. It is very hard to indicate through internet what is really going on.
