If she is experiencing problems with her appendix and the pain that is associated with it, it is probably accompanied with pain. Not a good idea, you don't want to cause her more pain do you? You don't really want to make anything worse do you? It's just in case, if you love her wait until it goes away or after her surgery. Bring her chicken noodle soup, etc and care for her, she'll love you all the more for that.
