Hi, I am 34 years old male and I am using cocaine for few years already. Lately I have noticed strange mouth movements when doing cocaine. When it happened first time I thought it is not connected with cocaine but it repeated several times after that. Did someone have similar experience?

It is possible that cocaine may cause such reaction because of its impact on nerves in the nose when someone sniffing cocaine. However it is not absolutely sure that cocaine is only cause for such disorder. It would be good to visit your doctor or neurologist and talk to him about your problem.

I am concerned for my sister...have not seen her in 4 months only to talk on the phone...seen her for the first time today and I was horrified! She looks like a skeleton and she was making a lot of strange movements with her mouth and tongue. I have never known her to be a user of cocaine I myself have used occasionally and have experienced that strange feeling in my mouth and tongue...I am not even sure that is what her problem but I am very afraid for her and need some input from people with experience with this drug...please help!
