this is my first time on here so i'm hoping i'm posting this right. i'm pretty good at knowing when i feel wrong or good. and when somethings wrong with me. i have a pretty average menstrual cycle and it's been off. about 4 weeks ago i started spotting and it lasted for almost 2 weeks. then my period was late and when it did come it only lasted for a day. on top of that i was getting really bad cramps to where i could barely move. now i'm feeling fatigued, nausea everyonce inawhile, headaches, my appetite has gone down, lower backaches, and i still cramp every once in awhile along with sharp abdominal pains that feel like i'm getting punched in the stomache off and on. on top of all the physical things, my mood swing has been crazy. one minute i'm happy, the next i'm ready to ball my eyes out. now, i've been pregnant two times and i have not experienced anything like this. and i've taken two pregnancy tests that showed up negative. i just made a doctors appointment today cause i missed my last doctors appointment due to working a full time job and chasing after kids i forgot to go to it. i tried to get ahold of the phone nurse but got an answering machine and when she called back i didn't pick up cause i got to it to my phone too late. I just want some kind of an idea of what i might be going through. i think there could be a possible chance i'm pregnant but then again the last two times i've been pregnant my tests would come up positive and not negative.

You might want to check your caffeine intake, I realized after a couple of weeks of feeling like c**p, that it no longer works to wake me up, but gives me headaches, abdominal cramping, makes me crazy, and bad menstrual cycles. I think over time of using before a work out, my body is rejecting caffeine, now it makes me sick and sleepy. Hope this helps.
