My husband had a heart attack 2/01/08. His blood sugar was running 200 while in the hospital. When it got to 200 they would give him insulin ( to help his heart heal) Before this heart attack his Blood sugar never got past 154 120 or 110. Since being Home his B/S is right around 162-169 first thing in the morning. We were wondering if there might be a Heart Medication causing his B/S to increase. He NEVER had a B/S of 200 before 2/01/08/ . He is 5"8" and weighs 161. He has never been over weight and his work keeps him very physically active. What is wrong with this?
