Hi, are there any herbologists on this forum who can help me with some information about giardia infections? This is, unfortunately, something that I have been dealing with for quite a while now and with little success, as the giardia infection keeps finding its way back. Some say that giardia can be treated with herbs and diet. Is this true, and what herbs and dietary changes would you recommend?

Hi I had the same problem. I had giardia for a year and I had tried every med used to eradicate it. Long story short I found an Integrative MD who put me on emulsified oregano tablets for two months. Its called A.D.P. by Biotics Research Corporation. I took 5 tablets three times a day for the first week. Three tablets three times a day the second, third and fourth week and from then on I took two tabs three times a day. I felt better after three days of taking this. Just make sure you finish the entire treatment even though you are feeling better. The company has a patent for treating blastocystis hominis with it. Good luck!
