I JUST quit doing heroin 4 days ago. I made it 3 days and then met up with a friend who had the same dependency problem and i ended up relapsing adn doing a little bit. It has now been 20 hours since my last use and I'm wondering if using a little bit yesterday is going to re set my entire withdrawal process. Did I just completely waste the first 3 days that I was sick?

I don't think you just wasted 3 days. I do think you may prolong the withdrawal process though. Its going to depend on how much you've done and for how long a period
It takes time for your body to eliminate the heroine and adjust to not having it. By taking a little more you've raised the levels in your body. You probably didn't set it back 3 days but probably a little.
Stay with it. You've got a lot of us on these boards that can help.

Sorry mate but in my experience you will be back to square one once the opites wear off I wish it wasnt true but it is. even after or up to at least 2 weeks. good luck; im angelfly I give a lot of advice on this forum so0 feel free to ask; if I dont know something I DONT SPECULATE; take care
