i believe its to early to know since you just had your period you might be cramping or it could be gas people do get the 2 mixxed up to be on the safe side after your first missed period to take a pregnancy test, take a nice warm bath and relax maybe it will take the pain away but given the hardly information that was given thats the best Advice i can give.
