Had an abortion 2 weeks ago, did a home pregnancy test this morning and getting a positive, can i still be pregnancy, did not do a follow up visit with my doctor. need some answers please if any one can help. Thanks!!

It's unlikely you are pregnant. The test is still responding to the hormones in your body. Eventually they will decline.
You need to go back for the followup. If there was any tissue left it can become infected and could have serious complications.
