ok i have a pimple on my scrotum i can pop it but it comes back in same place dont have any other pimples down there maybe i think i got another one below the scrotum idk why it isnt goin away i mean it aint spreading or anything. also i got 3 red things on my head of penus dont hurt and only see it when blood rushes to it look at the pics ty.

I did not look at the photographs, but the only way you would have contracted any STD is thru un protected sex with an infected partner. You didn't mention any thing like that in your post.
