Im twelve almost 13 and i weigh 87 pounds im 5'2". I think im fat. for breakfast i have a breakfast essential. Lunch is yoplait light yogurt a few pita chips and black berries. Every week i have dance for 2 hours and 45 minuets

At your age, and height you arent considered overweight, and what you are eating doesnt really sound like your gaining any weight and also since you dance for an average of 3 hours, you are young and is much easy for you to loose weight at a younger age, so try to atleast loose 1-2 lbs per week or a little more if you can until you reach your goal weight!
