i'm 13 and i weigh 180lbs am i over weight??? how can i lose weight??

Eat right, stop desserts. You want to keep your foods simple. Add some colour. You want greens and oranges, aka broccoli, carrots, vegetables. Now, thats the hard part. Changing your diet can be very hard. You would want to do it very slowly. Sooner or later, it will become a habbit.

Second part is excersize. Now, do what you feel is comfortable, and workout your whole body not just 1 thing. As you are you are probably thinking: "I want to get rid of the gut" But its not just that, that is fat. So work your arms, legs, love handles, pex, and others. Simple workouts 3 times a week can help.

i am 15 years old, 5'2" and i weigh 120 lbs. do u think that i am overweight? i realy want to loose weight but i hav a hard time not eating or eating less. and i dont like excersize. i am going to be starting hip hop tho so hopefully i will loose some weight by doing that. and im starting to do more sit ups and push ups and tummy crunches. any more ideas for me? help please!

you arent considered overweight, but to loose weight try to exercise, like running, or any physical activity. eat healthy, and dont eat much junk. hope i helped(:
