Hi i am a 14 year old girl and I weigh 90 pounds...i am really under weight!! I am very active i play hockey and alot of other sports. I eat like a fat cow but i am a stick my goal is to make it to 100 pounds by the time i turn 15 in october..can i get some help please !

That is not the case you need to eat healthy foods and get alot of exersize to gain healthy weight. One thing that is good is carrots they are dense and they are harder for your body to brake down. DONT LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT SAY EAT SWEETS ! >;)
