How old are you and other than I guess not having the bulge you want why do you feel you need to make them look bigger?

If you try to stuff your underwear with padding I would think it will be noticeable that you are packing something in there and it would not look natural.

If you try packing something in there it could cause you a great deal of embarrassment in the locker room at school or in a relationship.

Depending on how old you are just waiting until growth happens naturally is the thing to do trying to pad your crotch sounds like a recipe for disaster and potentially endless embarrassment if people figure out what you’re doing.
