Hi I'm 16 (female) and I use my shower head... well not the actual head but one of the strong streams. After a while it gets tiring but it's worth it. I also use my bed. When using your bed you can either wear shorts that are thick around your area or use a thick bundle of sheets, plus you don't have to be naked! It feels amazing! I never use my fingers, gross. Both ways are useful cuz no one can see you in the shower and using your bed is soundless unless you're a screamer or moaner... I'm a moaner but I try to stay super quit. Although this may be weird, my family has a vibrating chair that no one uses so I occasionally use that. It's the best cuz it vibrates but it makes more noise and is kinda heavy to carry around.
