I have had a bulging or herniated disc now for almost 6 months, I have been going to therapy for 2 months, but now on my own doing excercises. I was wondering how i can tell if i am getting better, when I started with pain, it was just in my leg not my back, now it is in my foot and in my leg and going to my lower back, my therapist says it has to get to the back before it gets better, is that correct?
