How do I find my meditation retreat? I started mediating with pretty much no background information. I was recommended it by a friend I trust. I can't relax enough' and it looks like I don't benefit from my mediation. Please, I don't want to give up…I want some advice. Thank you in advance.

I attended the Vipassana course was one of the most difficult things I've ever done, but every minute of it was worth it. The retreat was amazing; it has changed my outlook on life in so many ways. I would suggest find your reasoning for meditation (knowledge, calmness, wisdom, love…). Pick a meditation with goals closest to your goal and do it 1 hour per day for a few days and do it 30-90 minutes whenever you can.
