How will I know what is right mediating technique for me when there are so many different. I did some yoga breathing exercise. It is confusing a little…like I was searching here on web …and I have few different goals, but I can’t find the technique that comprises all of them, if you know what I mean.

Well, I don't think there is no "right" meditation technique for everybody. Some techniques work better for certain people while other techniques work better for other people. The important thing is to find what works for you, and perhaps that means that you have to try lots of different techniques until you recognize right one.
