How do I get rid of big zits...

Hi, I know how you feel, I have problem with big zits for couple of years. They keep appearing symmetrically on my right and left cheek, and sometimes in the middle of my forehead. The worst thing is when they appear before some important event, and when I have only a day or two to get rid of them. It sometimes helps if I put some toothpaste over night, and rinse it gently in the morning. I didn’t try benzyl peroxide yet, but I heard it helps. I heard that zips sometimes appear because of bacteria called Propionibacterium, which is treated with antibiotics. I will go to dermatologist to see if I have this bacterium. It’s my last solution for getting rid of big pimples, if this doesn’t work, I don’t know what will I do.
