You're normal.
Your body says you're ready but your mind is telling you no. It's a decision only YOU can make. It doesn't matter what your boyfriend wants.
Once you have sex there is no going back. You'll find it easier the 2nd time, even easier the 3rd, and so on.
But, you do realize that there ARE ALWAYS risks. There is NO 100% EFFECTIVE birth control - NONE. Only abstinence is 100% effective. Condoms, birth control pills, and plan B are not always effective. So, if you do have sex you'll probably "freak out" afterwards that you're pregnant.
Wait until YOU are ready, mentally. There is NO need to rush.
