If you know she'll be understanding, go for it. when I have to say something I would be embarassed to say directly, i write a little poem, but i like poetry. you could just do a letter. you also have to probaby let her see it,once you tell her. i hate my mom even chacking my legs for ticks, i need PERSONAL SPACE. but it could get REALLY bad, so i wrote some stuff for you to copy down.
(also, vaginal yeast is quite common, and I have no personal experience but I think its simple to cure.
heres two haikus you can use together:
Mom, I am worried.
Well, i have vaginal yeast.
Used wiki answers.
Not too credible
But mom i need your help, so
can you please help me?
Aaaaand a poem ( rhyme when I want to, why ruin a beautiful work trying to rhyme it?):
There's something I am worried about
It happened down below.
I looked 'down there'
(and this I swear)
Wiki answers, they said so.
I found out it's vaginal yeast
but I didn't want to tell
Its not that I
let it fly by
i was just too shy to go
Then I went to a med site
its on the interwebz.
this girl was there
who went on and took care
of saying the stuff I can't
She wrote this poem for me,
so that I could say
"mom, this stinks.
(literally)
I need some help today."
So please please please please help me
i really think you will.
it will be awkward for the both of us
I had to let it spill.
----FIN----
SO there ya go, a poem. I'm a silly girl, but don't take everything too seriosuly or you'll be a robot with no friends because you'd have no personality. o.o
well, you dont have to use those. you can make your own, or just do a letter, or what ever is least awkward for you. experiment!

I think that white stuff is simply a normal mucus secretion or vaginal discharge. You'll notice that for about 3 to 5 days, especially in the morning as you get up and go to the bathroom. You can inspect that mucus further by having some in your finger and try to stretch it with your thumb. At first it will be like bead on your finger tip. The next days, it will become more liquefied, until it appears like raw egg white. That means that you are ovulating - your body will release an egg. This is a natural process in girls. After your menstruation period, the walls inside your uterus will again thicken with blood. This "bed" of blood will be where your egg will rest when it reaches that part of your body. A day after you have released your egg, your mucus will turn sticky and then will not be going out of your body for awhile. In about 14 days, after you've released your egg, your next menstruation period will occur. You posted this on Feb 12. Find out if you'll have your period around 14 to 18 days from now...Feb. 26 to March 2. That white stuff is actually a sign that you're in good health. That should be white or clear.
