i was talking to one of my good friends about my ex boyfriend cumin too fast and not being able to keep it up til i was finished. he told me sometimes he has the same problem so while hes having sex, he tries to think about something else instead of how good the sex feels. he said it helps a lot, but if he gets too much into thought about something else, hell get soft even before he finishes.

This is interesting question. However you are still young and I’m not sure how much experience do you have with this. You have to understand that it’s not the same thing having sex with your girlfriend and masturbating. There are several factors that makes you prone to finishing much faster then when you are masturbating.
I can only suggest you to try different position during sex, or you can make a pause if you notice that you’re about to finish.
I have to ask, how long can you last during your intercourse with your girlfriend? Because, as you said that you can last up to two hours of masturbating, that is very long period of time if you ask me.
