Hi, I am 24 years old male and I am spending pretty much time in the gym. Several days ago I was talking with my fiend about resting time and how much sleep is enough. We couldn't agree on this topic so I would like to know if someone has exact info. Thank you.

Hi, sleeping same as resting is very important part of body building. You may exercise as much as you want but if you don't rest properly you won't be able to see good results of your training. Approximately up to 8 hours of sleep would be enough so that you may be sure that your muscles will get enough of rest.
