Hi, I am 22 years old male and I am exercising body building for the last two years. I have succeeded to gain very respectable figure and I was very satisfied with my body mass. Unfortunately in last few months I can't see any progress although I spend more than 2 hours daily in the gym. Am I overtraining?

Hi, according to all these facts you have mentioned it really looks like you are overtraining. You don't need to spend so much time in the gym to be sure that your muscles will react in the best way. Your muscles are growing while you are resting but before that you have to shock them well with training. Training doesn't have to last so long but has to be intensive. I suggest you to decrease time of your training and take few days rest.
