How much sugar should you take a day to stay healthy? Many talk about fat and carbon hydrate, but not a lot of people talk about sugar. You shouldn't be taking too much sugar, right?

This is something that confuses me, too. I keep reading all these articles that say that all sugar (honey included) is bad and we should stop eating it altogether.

Could this be true? Can anyone else weigh in on this?
