hello i'm Youssef 24 and i'm muslim . i think the only weapon that u going to use is the " have faith on you " to stop masturbation the only solution existing in this world is to read about islam and what is and what are things that islam is against like having sex before marriage or to masturbation .we don't accepte that for us a girl should keep herself virgin she until get married .

I try different things and mix them up in a week in a normal school week I masturbate once maybe twice a week depending on how busy I am so for example one day I'll do clit stimulation then the other day I'll hump a pillow this works help u get the big O because its not the same thing every time
