If she uses a penis-sized dildo to penetrate her vagina then her hymen is likely to be ruptured.

I don't understand what you are saying, or what advice you need. Please state again, but more clearly, exactly what the circumstances are, and what the problem is.

There is NO way.

In it, he says "even gynecologists cannot always tell if women had a sexual intercourse."

Hymen is not a bone, its just a little thick like tissue covering the vagina, as such extreme activity can damage it and that includes strenuous exercises. Maybe you should ask another gynaecologist who really studied gynaecology.
Again, not all virgin girls experience bleeding, bleeding is usually due to rough penetration and few times may be the size of whatever penetrates the vagina. Some virgin girls for a first time involvement in sex, experience large amount of whitish fluid discharge like that of ovulation instead of bleeding.
It might even interest you to know that a virgin girl who indulges much in exercise, would not feel pain or bleed at a first sex experience because her body is already stress immune.
Nice day!

Science currently has no way to verify if anyone is a virgin (female or male anatomy).
While an 'in tact' hymen means that a female is vaginally a virgin, there are many ways to 'break' or damage the hymen that are not sex... such as riding a horse or using tampons. As such, a damaged or broken hymen does not mean they are not a virgin.
----
There is also the matter of your personal definition of virgin.
- I am a 'reproductive virgin' - meaning I have not made sexual contact with a vulva (or vagina) and no one (aside from myself) has made any contact with my penis. This means I have not been involved in oral, anal, or hand jobs.
For that, I specify 'sexual contact' because I believe I have made non-sexual contact with a vulva during school swimming lessons in my teens... where I nearly drowned and in my flailing I believe I used a classmate's swim suit as a grip to pull myself to the surface - however, I never got confirmation of this as I was focused on getting the water out of my lungs and staying far from the pool.
- I would not consider myself a 'full physical virgin' as I have fondled the breasts of one woman. I have also masturbated.
- I am definitely not a 'mental virgin' as I have had many fantasies and seen a lot of pictures... and studied a lot of information on the topic (the next step is live research... which I personally won't begin until I have a wife to be my research subject).
---
I have heard some strict definitions of sex (and thus virginity loss)... including calling flirting a form of foreplay and thus counting as sex. (Which, I could argue both for and against this topic.)
--
I have also heard some fairly loose definitions of sex, including as loose as "so long as the guy doesn't ejaculate inside the vagina, it isn't sex." This allowed said couple to participate in hand jobs, oral, anal and the 'pull out manuever' vaginal and they still believed they were virgins.
-----
To sum up my view, here are the 'stages of sex' and thus 'loss of virginity' by my personal standards:
Looking at someone or thinking about someone and getting turned on : Loss of mental virginity.
Masturbating : Loss of personal virginity (the first few times of learning are special, hard to save but could be great sharing with a partner - for that 'saving for you' super special feeling).
Touching any parts on another person outside of the groin area with the intent of arousing them or yourself : Loss of full virginity status (one less thing saved for a future special partner).
Contact with another person involving one or more participants' groin with the intent of arousal : Loss of core virginity. (I even consider fully clothed 'dry humping' to be sex.)
--
Again, this is just my personal definitions because while I don't believe in the ceremonies, I do believe in the commitment of marriage. If I ever find a woman that I would consider marrying, I want to tell her that I was waiting for someone super special to end my virginity... and that she is so special that I wish her breasts had been the first I touched... which I would have already told her long before proposing.
