Jesus, this thread was started as a means to medically determine if you can in-fact tell if a women is a virgin. Scientifically speaking the only means would be if her "Hymen" is intact, but as others have said, masturbation, exercise, etc can also result in it's breaking. Overall I would assume if you've gotten to the point where your about to have sex, the only time your going to be analyzing is afterwards when the act is done.
