I'm 14 Weigh over 115-120 pounds (height 5"1). And I'm "Fat". I skip school lunch because its very un-healthy. I don't bring a lunch either. At school, we have about 38 minutes of gym. And I need ideas on how to loose weight. Or instead gain more muscle, stay fit. How will you think it would take? I want to loose the weigh before I go to high school.

firstly you need to cut down the fatty food, and eat fruits and veg, and also need to do exercise daily, but is good i mean really good to do in the morning, go walk for at least 2 hours but even if your loosing weight your chest will decrease due to the amount of time you are exercising.
