I was about to go to sleep, when i saw some sort of pimple or bump on my testicles, it is slightly painfull, it seems to have just appeared now, it looks slightly transparant, it also looks like it has 2 small black dots inside of it. I can provide more information if you ask.

- wash the area with mild soap and warm water.
- apply a warm compress to the area for 10-15 minutes several times a day.
- use an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream or other anti-inflammatory cream to reduce redness, swelling, and itching.
- avoid tight-fitting clothing that may irritate the area.
- wear loose-fitting cotton underwear.
- make sure to keep the area clean and dry.
- contact your doctor if the bumps persist or worsen.
