Since birth, I have had very small bumps or pimples on my penis. I have not had sex yet and I have had them for my entire life. The biggest one is slightly larger than a grain of sand. They don't disappear, and they are pretty difficult to pop. The only thing that came out when I managed to pop one was a very small, round white substance, almost like popping a very small pimple. They don't irritate or hurt me, but I really want to know what they are and how to get rid of them. Any help please?

P.S- There are also some on my genitals, but I am pretty sure those are ingrown hair, but they are similar to the ones on my penis.

Ask your Dr. since it could be a number of things, my fiance has a few bump like spots on his penis and so i asked him about what they were and a couple of them were just skin tags however he does have about 3 that look like warts but are actually bumps of scar tissue that formed when he had chicken pox as a child which is what his dr told him. Just ask your dr and put your mind at ease

Last night I noticed that my boyfriend's testicles and penis had bumps on them. He said they don't itch nor it doesn't irritate him. I asked him does he have a discharge and he said no. What can that be?
