What is it about the waist that attracts fat so easily? There must be a scientific explanation for this? I am getting so frustrated because I have been losing a lot of weight, yet that belly is still there, and I can't figure out why. What would be the correct way of losing all that fat around the waist? Perhaps if I knew why the fat was there in the first place, it would be easier to lose it? Any thoughts on this?
