What do you all think I should do about my side fat, also otherwise known as my flabby waist? I have been hiding out in oversized t-shirts for just a bit too long, because body-hugging outfits simply no longer look good on me. I am ashamed of my body and the way it looks, and I want that to change. Oversized t-shirts do not suit me at all! How do I start though? How to lose this horrible side fat? If you have been there before me, please give me your tips!

I have been working out for two months now, and have already noticed a great difference in my waist line. I started with yoga, and now, I have also been doing high intensity Vibration Plate Exerciser work-outs, which last only 25 minutes but totally wipe me out. You are right melisse. You should start yoga. Yoga is always good not only to reduce fats but also to keep body healthy.
