Turn your back for a moment and you realize that you got fat somehow... That is exactly what happened to me! It is not anything really out of control or serious, but still I noticed that I have got a bit plump, as they say. I was hoping there are some great people here who know all about losing body fat quickly? What do you recommend for this?

There are the most obvious things of course, which is cutting down or stopping to consume fatty foods, fast foods, foods with a lot of sugar... I think that we are all very much aware of what foods make us fat, and it is easy to stop buying these foods. I also think that exercise plays a very important role in losing weight.
