Hello! This is going for some time now and I found out that the symptoms I have, match those of social phobia. I could use the advice on how to treat social phobia and free myself of it at last. Please give me information for different ways of treatment, I need it bad.

Of those three, self-help groups seem to have the widest range of advantages, not the least is that patient deals with the problem in public.
