Sounds like a UTI or kidney infection, is that what the antibiotics were for? If so, you should just wait out the course of the antibiotics, as they are only effective when you take the whole course.
Also, ask your doctor who prescribed them. Maybe bleeding is a side effect, and unrelated to having had sex.
