That's a physical fact, yes or no: she'd have to see a doctor, health advsor, gynecologist to verify that, if neither you nor she feels qualified to get out a mirror and check.
Could she?
It's just a thinly stretched piece of skin. Girls reputedly break hymens cycling, horse riding, et al, so possible, guess so.
Big issue is, why does it matter? Religious issue? Then I hope both of you are as grown up as your sex-play: it you cut your hand, would you never marry? She broke a piece of skin. If there are others that would judge her, such as parents, then you have another issue to handle, and that, as they say, is perhaps something you should have thought of earlier: but if it is an issue, and a threatening one, then
i) you and she should consider her safety first
ii) there are clinics in western countries that now specialise in re-creating hymens. A lot of us think that's sad and unnecessary, but there's a big call for it from women in more religiously unforgiving cultures and nations.
There's a lot more to sex than your body - and now you're getting to discover a part of it.
