i am 65kgs and want to reduce wieght i wont eat anything but even though i gain weight easily i dont know why i want to reduce 15 kgs can u please help me

First, you're 15, you are in the time of your life when you are developing and you need nutrients from food so you not only stay healthy, but to develop properly. SO not eating at all will only get you to the hospital. Now, you didn't say how tall are you? Because your weight always must be compared with your height in order to make sense and to be able to say how much you need to lose. And you will see in a few years that some of tat weight will go away with puberty ending, but before that happens, you need to adjust your meals and become active and exercise.

Well, your height to weight ratio, which is known as body mass index puts you in the group of people of normal weight. If you want, you can calculate it for yourself, here (when you convert kilograms into pounds, its 143 pounds). So, you are not even on the verge of being overweight, since your BMI is 22.4. If you lost 15kg you would be underweight and that is no good either. So, are there some specific are of your body with whom you are not satisfied? If that is the case, than, besides healthy diet, you only need to spend some tome every day exercising.
