I've read cocnut is for weight-loss, but what about those who are thin and like to eat it?
Is it a good food to increase power and get gain weight for those who are thin?

coconut contains bad fats. I would go for something with good fats like peanut, almonds, avacado, flaxseed oil.

Saying that relying on one type of food is not a good way to eat. You have to have an overall balanced diet.

If you want to gain weight thry eating more wholefoods - brown rice, oats along with fruit, vege and nuts.

Pure virgin coconut oil has been researched and documented to help improve thryroid function, speed up metabolism, lose weight, prevent and treat viral and bacterial problems, AND improve cholesterol (increase HDL good cholesterol, decrease LDL bad cholesterol). Before you go spouting off about how coconut oil is BAD for you, do some research!!!
