too frequent sex.... too many ejaculations too close together.
Try backing off a bit and not having sex so often. You'll probably find that you'll come more easily. Also, try talking with your gf to see what she thinks of the situation... Might she consider pleasuring you by hand until you come? Or is that outside her area of comfort.
