During foreplay and oral stimulation i can achieve an erection, but once i enter my girlfriend/fiance i can come once with a strong erection but after that i start to go soft. it is irritating because it makes my significant other feel like she is not enough when in reality I think she is so F***ing hot and want nothing to do but spend the night embracing eachother in bed pleasuring one another . This has been happening for quite some time, over a year at least. Now i worry about not being able to pleasure her to my full potential and i feel like I fail at pleasuring her. While we are are have actual intercourse i dont think about not being able to pleasure her. I come once and then start going soft, and I start to worry about it. then we have to stop because i cant continue like and hour and a half i get hard again for no reason. I have not masturbated since we have started dating which is getting close to three years now. i am not bored with out sex life, or stressed out about anything, nor am i tired when we have sex. I have no idea what could be causing this. Somebody please help me!!!!

Hey there Confused.... What you are experiencing is A totally normal part of the Male sexual response cycle. Its called the Refractory Period and is the last of four phases.  1.) excitement phase 2.) Plateau  Phase 3.) Orgasmic Phase 4) Refractory Phase.   Once a man orgasms it stimulates an area of the nervous system which causes blood to leave the penis (thus loosing an erection) and a man is unable to achieve an erection for variable amount of time after wards. (in your case for about an hour). this is normal. so I know there are some ways for people to start and stop (thrust and have sex untile you are just about to ejaculate then stop and let the feeling subside then start in again. repeat for as long as you can. also have you tried stimulating your significant other first via oral sex or fingering? most women find this HIGHLY pleasurable. once she is good and aroused then go ahead with intercourse......
let me know if this helps and if you need anymore info or advice.
Thanks
