Hey there Confused.... What you are experiencing is A totally normal part of the Male sexual response cycle. Its called the Refractory Period and is the last of four phases. 1.) excitement phase 2.) Plateau Phase 3.) Orgasmic Phase 4) Refractory Phase. Once a man orgasms it stimulates an area of the nervous system which causes blood to leave the penis (thus loosing an erection) and a man is unable to achieve an erection for variable amount of time after wards. (in your case for about an hour). this is normal. so I know there are some ways for people to start and stop (thrust and have sex untile you are just about to ejaculate then stop and let the feeling subside then start in again. repeat for as long as you can. also have you tried stimulating your significant other first via oral sex or fingering? most women find this HIGHLY pleasurable. once she is good and aroused then go ahead with intercourse......
