It might be a good idea to see a doctor. The fact that you can not climax with a male partner but could with masturbation or oral indicates the problem may have been with your partner and not you... one other thing is if you have used vibrators (pocket rockets or dildos) your genitalia may have become desensitized over time. Another cause could be if you are taking a SRI antidepressant. With the exception of Lexipro, cause aorgasmia (the inability to climax even though you are aroused.) in a large percentage of patients.
