When I;m with my girlfriend, I just can't orgasm. have trouble masturbating, but I can usually climax, but whenever I'm with my girl, I can't. From sex, nor oral.

I have a condition called Friedreich's Ataxia, which I'm not sure effects this or not. I can't, and have never masturbated using the conventional method; I usually rub my penis again a pillow or the mattress.
