I'm 53 years old and I started with pilates 4 weeks ago, and let me tell you, I didn't even know I would enjoy pilates this much? I recommend it to everyone who considers themselves unable to participate in hard body exercises. It's great for us, middle aged people, exercising without much hardiness and intensity. I would like to know something about history of pilates.
