ok so under my ball sack itchess sometimes and on the hump of skin "taint" between my butt hole and my balls it itchs the worst. and most of the times it itchss on the cheeks more into the crack. when i scratch it it goes away for a while but its been going on for a while

several things could cause this but i would say one of the more common things is just a bit of poor hygiene. make sure you clean yourselfe after you go to the bathroom and when your in the shower use soap and MAKE SURE IT IS WELL RINSED as soap can dry your skin and make it itch like crazy.
